Probate is the process whereby the Will of a deceased person is presented to the court and deemed valid or invalid, the instructions contained within are followed and the financial estate of that person is closed.  Once the validity of the Will has been proven to the satisfaction of the court, the property can then be distributed to the heirs in accordance with the terms of the Will.  If a party dies without a Will, the laws of the State of Nevada will determine who gets that persons property.
